In November of 1971, The family welcomed David, the third generation. David grew up working with his dad and grandpa. He learned at an early age what it meant to be a responsible, hard-working professional. He learned that being a jack of all trades was valuable, but being a master builder was invaluable.

OPM Services
An owner’s representative is a valuable asset to any owner. They provide a range of essential OPM services throughout all stages of a project. With an OPM at the helm, projects run more smoothly, and complex goals are more easily met.

An OPM operates as part of the project team, but they work under a separate contract held directly with the owner. Their role is to act on behalf of the owner to oversee the entire project. This can include the planning, design, construction, commissioning, as well as the closeout phases.
